Direction for Upload Photograph:-

  • If the photograph and signature are not clear, the application may be rejected.
  • The applicant should upload the latest colour photograph (maximum 01 month old). Do not use mobile or other self-taken photographs.
  • The background of the photograph should be white or light coloured.
  • The applicant’s face should occupy at least 50% of the space in the photograph.
  • The applicant’s face and head should not be covered by any cloth, shadow or hair in the photograph. The applicant’s head, eyes, nose and chin should be clearly visible.
  • If you wear glasses, you can wear them while taking the photograph but there should be no flash on the glasses. The applicant’s photograph should not have black or sunglasses.
  • The photograph should be in JPEG format and its size should be 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm.
  • The pixel size of the JPEG photo should be minimum 240×320 and maximum 480×640 (0.3 megapixels).
  • The size of the file should be between 50 KB to 100 KB.
  • The size of the scanned photo should not exceed 100 KB.
  • The photo on the admit card/attendance card should match with the applicant at the time of examination otherwise the candidate may be disqualified.

Direction for Upload Signature:

  • Applicants should sign on white paper (A4 size) within a rectangular box measuring 7 cm width and 2 cm height, using a black or dark blue pen.
  • Signatures should be completed by the applicant only; signatures from anyone else will not be accepted.
  • After signing the rectangle box, scan the image and crop it before uploading it.
  • The applicant’s signature on the Admit Card/Attendance Card at the time of examination must match the submitted signature; otherwise, the candidate may be disqualified.
  • Only the JPEG format will be accepted.
  • The minimum pixel size for a JPG should be 280 x 80, and the maximum should be 560 x 160.
  • File size should be between 20 KB and 50 KB.
  • Signature sizes should not exceed 50 KB.
  • Signature photographs made using a mobile phone will not be acceptable.
